While looking into rhinoplasty, I learned about autologous dermis because I absolutely did not want silicone, and since they had done a lot of research in that field, I booked a consultation and had surgery. I wanted a natural nose that suited my face rather than a flashy, high nose, and five years after surgery I am satisfied without any side effects. At first I planned to use autologous dermis, but during surgery they said that simply lifting the nasal tip with ear cartilage might be enough, so that is what we did. The director and coordinator were not extremely kind, but they gave me an honest and professional impression.
