I had upper canthoplasty and double eyelid surgery separately, but if you listen to the consultation with the director, you’ll understand. He only recommends what’s truly necessary (when I said I wanted back and lower canthoplasty, he said there wasn’t enough bony space, so it couldn’t be done). I only got the double eyelid surgery a few months after the upper canthoplasty because I wanted it myself Still, he made it natural.
