Semi community review

I had my first surgery at a small neighborhood clinic, and because my eye-opening strength was weak, I had revision surgery here 12 years ago. At that time, eye-opening correction was not common, but they said it would improve the ability to open my eyes, so I consulted and went ahead right away. I had the surgery because of a functional issue, so I asked for it to be as natural as possible while making it easier to open my eyes. The ability to open my eyes definitely improved, and one side turned out very well, but there was a problem with the line on the other side. When I consulted the director, they said it was because the middle of the line had loosened and that it could be fixed by re-fixing it. The consultation was kind and thorough. The manager said they would contact me since there wasn't a date available right away, and I called a few times to ask, but in the end they never contacted me separately. Then I got a job, so I wasn't able to receive aftercare. Now it has been over 10 years, my eyelids have sagged, and the line is being covered, so I think I need to do it again. I'm debating whether I should do it here again or look for another place.
