I had the upper canthoplasty and double eyelid surgery separately. If you listen to the director during the consultation, you'll understand. He only recommends what is necessary. (I said I wanted the back-lateral and lower canthoplasty, but he said there wasn't enough bone space, so it couldn't be done.) I only got the double eyelid surgery a few months after the upper canthoplasty because I wanted it too much. lol But he still made it look natural. Since it is an eye specialty hospital, they really made it look beautiful. Thank you, director
