When I booked the consultation, they said that if I had a CT taken at another hospital, they couldn’t take one on the same day, so I had a consultation somewhere else and went a few days later. I had to wait quite a while for the consultation, so I was annoyed. The director told me that the nasal valve was borderline, so I might not be able to claim it through insurance. They said only the nasal septum would qualify. Other hospitals said functional nose surgery would definitely be covered, but here they said only the nasal septum applied, so I actually trusted them more. The consultant also didn’t pressure me to book, which was good.
