When I booked the consultation, they said that if I had a CT done at another clinic, they couldn't do the scan that day, so I went to another consultation first and came back a few days later. I had to wait quite a long time for the consultation, so I was annoyed. The director said the nasal valve issue was borderline, so insurance might not cover it. They said only the septum could be done. Another clinic said functional nose surgery would definitely be covered, but here they said only the septum could be done, which actually made me trust them more. The manager also didn't push reservations, which I liked.
