The website promoted him as a highly specialized doctor, so when I went for a consultation, he said it was a surgery he doesn’t perform and that he didn’t feel there was a need for it. I wasn’t asking for a dramatic change, but somehow the conversation kept going off track and he didn’t seem to catch what I wanted. He kept cutting me off while I was speaking, and instead of addressing my concern, he pointed out other weak points and talked as if I should treat something else.
