I want to say this is a subjective evaluation. (Consultation for nose with Director Min)
I visited because it seemed like a fairly well-known hospital. The location and exterior of the hospital were a negative for me (just a feeling). I had almost arrived when I suddenly got a phone call and a KakaoTalk message saying whether it would be okay to push back the appointment time. It would have been nice to be told earlier, since I was already there. Before seeing the coordinator, a staff member took my CT scan. They also took facial photos from multiple angles. The consultation with the coordinator was plain and simple, and it just ended after I told them the nose shape I wanted. But the staff here was kind yet so inexperienced that it annoyed me.. are you hiring people who just graduated from high school? They had taken the CT but had not saved it properly, so I had to take it again; after getting CT twice in such a short time, I still feel uneasy about the radiation exposure. Also, when I was told it would be a consultation with the director, I went to the director's office and waited, only to be told again to go back to the waiting room and that they would call me again.. sigh.. haha The consultation with the director was good. He said my septum size was fine and that he would use septum cartilage plus ear cartilage, and he even felt the strength of the septum with his own hands. It felt like a professional consultation, and I thought it might solve some of my complaints, so my surgery expectation is about 4 out of 5. But since staff skill is also a deciding factor for me when choosing a hospital, I am taking off one star.
