The website promoted the doctor as someone with a lot of expertise, so I went in for a consultation. But I was told it was not a surgery they do, and that they did not feel the surgery was necessary. I am not asking for a dramatic change, but it felt like the conversation kept going in circles and they did not seem to catch what I wanted. They cut me off while I was speaking. Instead, they brought up another weakness in the patient and said I should treat something else instead.
