I also wanted the nasal tip to be defined without drooping, so I used autologous costal cartilage! It does not show well in the photos, but before, when I touched the bridge of my nose, it somehow felt uneven, and I also had nasal congestion. The result of the deviated septum surgery turned out very well, and I am happy with the postoperative shape too~ I was diagnosed through several tests and had surgery, and the effect is good.
It looks more natural than before, but I think the line looks more refined. I wondered if I could like it this much compared to my first surgery. Honestly, the area where the autologous costal cartilage was harvested had some throbbing pain, but it was so brief that I can say it was nothing. Even though the director is an ENT doctor, he has a good aesthetic sense, so the line came out well, and I am satisfied in many ways. There was a systematic process for everything from document issuance to hospitalization, so insurance processing was very smooth, which made it even better.
