I had the hump slightly shaved and used septal cartilage. I'm now at 7 months. I wanted it to look as natural as possible, so I did it without an implant, and I got a really natural straight-to-soft-slope line. After surgery, it harmonizes better with my facial features, so if I don't say anything, people don't really know I had nose surgery. Even friends I see after a long time say something looks different, but they don't realize I had surgery. Because of the hump and drooping nasal tip, my nose was on the slightly long side, but once the nasal tip was lifted, my face looked smaller and it also gave a more feminine feel. After trying surgery, I think it's not an exaggeration to say that the nasal tip determines the overall face. So I even came to think that making the nasal tip look good reflects the director's skill + aesthetic sense lol Anyway, assuming you have some of your own nasal structure to work with, a straight-to-soft-slope line is possible even without an implant! So I think it's important to analyze your own nose a lot, study it, and get consultations at multiple places. Personally, for people who don't like their facial lines, I recommend getting fat grafting together when having nose surgery~ I also did facial fat grafting together, and after filling the hollow areas, I looked much younger and liked it a lot.
