This was the very first place I went for a consultation. At first, I did not know much and had heard they make results look natural, so I viewed it positively, but the director glanced at my nose roughly (did not even take a CT) and said I needed silicone, septal cartilage, ear cartilage, alar reduction, and nasal bridge osteotomy. If you do an osteotomy, breathing becomes difficult and rhinitis almost inevitably comes along, but while saying my nose was thick, he did not even examine it properly. I came for a consultation, but he said he was busy because of his surgery and came in wearing his surgical clothes as they were, which was so chilling. At other consultations, no one recommended osteotomy even once. If you do not know much, please do not do it here just because it is cheap.
