After having surgery for a deviated septum at a university hospital 10 years ago, it became crooked again and I had discomfort such as nasal obstruction, so I started looking for a hospital again. Since the head director is an otolaryngology specialist, I heard the hospital is well known for functional surgeries such as rhinitis surgery as well as cosmetic surgery, so I made an appointment. They explained well how they would perform the surgery so that it could look like the natural, not-obvious nose I wanted, and the director, the consultation manager, and the other staff were kind, so after the consultation I booked surgery.
