It was my first surgery, so I had lots of questions, but the staff and director were all kind, and they explained everything I asked in detail. Even during the pre-op consultation, they kept checking whether I had any questions, so maybe that’s why the post-op shape and height came out the way I wanted. They say with nose surgery it’s good to communicate with the director and clearly explain your needs, and here they kept asking whether I had questions and what kind of line I wanted, so I think the surgery went well. Every time I went for follow-up, they kept checking whether I had any questions or discomfort, so I think I made the right choice getting surgery.
