I went after getting a recommendation, and there were a lot of people. I heard that under-eye fat removal is a more difficult surgery than repositioning, but maybe because he has a lot of surgical experience, the before-and-after difference was clear and natural. I’ve seen a lot of cases around me where people get repositioning and then need another surgery later, so if I have surgery, I think I’d choose removal
