Philtrum reduction and ear cartilage for the nasal tip

I had a philtrum reduction and raised my nasal tip with ear cartilage. At first, because the columellar-labial tissue was there and then gone, I thought it was botched, and my lip shape looked like a cleft lip, so I went through a lot emotionally. Now that it’s been 6 months, it’s not as good as I expected, but it’s acceptable. My septum was deviated, so my rhinitis was severe, but maybe because that columellar-labial tissue is gone, or because my nasal tip is raised, breathing has become easier. But my septum is still deviated, so one nostril still gets blocked easily. If I add a nasal bridge implant, would the septal deviation improve a bit..
