Consultation details: A long time ago I had a silicone nasal bridge implant, septal cartilage for the nasal tip, and osteotomy, and I went because I wanted the silicone removed. Honestly, I do want to remove the septal cartilage at the tip too, but my nose was already bulbous, and I was worried about whether the shape would be okay after removing the silicone, so I was deliberating. The director’s conclusion was that keeping the septal cartilage would be better for the shape. The surgery would be closed, without external incision. Surgery time: 1-2 hours / sedation anesthesia is optional.
Cost: 260 plus 10% VAT, and if a different implant is used during surgery, there is an additional charge of 300,000 won. I also consulted at other clinics, but for my case this was on the expensive side.
