The consultation manager and the doctor were both kind. I told them about my concerns, why I came to this clinic, and what I was expecting, and it did not feel like they were badmouthing other clinics, but more like they spoke very well? Like they were trustworthy? But I have a deviated septum, and at my previous clinic they recommended functional rhinoplasty. Here, they said they could just straighten the deviated septum without any extra cost, so I could not ask whether that would also improve function or not, and I think I need to organize my thoughts and ask the manager once more. I could not decide right away.
