Facial contouring 3-piece, Accu day 23, the swelling really won’t go down, sob

Before<before surgery>Before<before surgery><day 22><day 23 after waking up,><day 23 after waking up,><eyeball bruising still remains ><day 23 front view>I’m in week 3 after having facial contouring 3-piece plus Accu on the sides of my cheeks and double chin. Exactly day 23 now. I still have tightness in my lower teeth (a feeling like I want to scratch them), hollow cheeks, hardness under my chin (is this what they call scar tissue?), crooked lips, lip sensation not normal, and the swelling still feels really firm. Am I okay? When I look up facial contouring YouTube videos or reviews, so many people are almost done with residual swelling by week 3 and look dramatic and complete, but I still feel like a puffed rice cake, so I’m getting depressed. My side line and lifting my chin are also bursting with swelling. How long does it usually take for swelling to go down.. My surgery didn’t fail, right, sob.. My face still looks way too puffed up. Stress I’m trusting what the director said and waiting while doing warm compresses and galvanic care, but I’m getting anxious, waaah
