The clinic was in an old, shabby building, so I felt a little uneasy while finding it. The nurse was extremely kind. She had a smiling face and felt like the aunt next door. I had a consultation with the son, and he recommended that my eye shape probably didn’t need double-eyelid surgery. When I said I was worried double eyelids might make me look fierce, he said it would make my eyes look softer. While he was mapping out the line, he said buried-suture might be possible, but incision surgery was also possible if I wanted it, and if it loosened later, a free revision would be possible, so I shouldn’t worry. I went in nervous because it was my first consultation, but it was a comfortable one.
