There wasn’t much of a wait, and the consultation with the director took about 20 minutes. The director was cheerful and gave a good consultation. But this was the only place where I was told my septum was short. So they said there wasn’t much septal cartilage to use and immediately suggested using autologous costal cartilage. They said not to shave down the hump on the nasal bridge, but to slightly fill above it with silicone, use autologous costal cartilage for the lower nasal bridge + use autologous costal cartilage for the nasal tip (autologous costal cartilage + preferred general anesthesia…
