I went for a consultation because the doctor’s reviews were good and I wanted to consult with them. The people at the counter and the consultant were kind, and the doctor was kind too, so that was nice. The doctor first asked what concerns were making me consider surgery, and then explained the implant and the surgical method in detail. There was a bit of waiting, but I think it was because they tend to do detailed consultations. I had a lot of questions, so I asked many different things, and it was nice that they answered kindly and well. The aftercare also seemed well organized.
