I filled out the intake form as soon as I arrived, then waited a bit for the CT scan. The consultation manager went over my intake carefully, and then the director came in. The director explained the surgery in detail and seemed to pay a lot of attention to aesthetics. He recommended and designed a nose that would suit my face. I understand the director's aesthetic sense, but he did not consider the direction I wanted and seemed to push his own opinion. After the consultation, I had another talk with the consultation manager, and it felt like there was silent pressure to go ahead with what the director suggested. And it was not the kind of nose I wanted. And above all, it was just way too expensive, seriously over the top T_T
