I went because I wanted to consult after seeing good reviews about the head doctor. The people at the counter and the manager were kind, and the head doctor was kind too, which I liked. The doctor first asked what was bothering me and why I was thinking about surgery, then explained the implant and the surgical method in detail. There was some waiting, but I think that was because they take consultations seriously and in detail. I had a lot of questions, so I asked about many things, and they answered kindly. I also felt the aftercare seemed well organized.
