6 months after LASEK. I went around to 3 ophthalmology clinics thinking someone like me would probably be able to get SMILE LASIK, but they all said my corneas were thin, so my only options were lens implantation or LASEK. So I decided on LASEK. As expected, it hurt insanely badly, and after suffering for exactly 3 days, it was a whole new world! But dry eye really seems unavoidable. I don’t notice it in daily life, but if I use my phone for a long time or work on the computer for a long time, my eyes definitely suddenly get tired and feel hazy. I gained more than I lost, so I don’t regret it!
