With anterior chamber ICL, until 10 years after surgery, my vision was 1.0 in both eyes and everything was good. At some point my vision gradually started dropping, and now it’s 1.0 and 0.7, and I have glare/halos at night. Still, compared with people around me who had LASIK or LASEK, it seems like my vision has maintained better. I was surprised after hearing that anterior chamber lenses can reduce corneal endothelial cells (I didn’t know at the time of surgery), so since then I’ve been getting follow-up exams occasionally at ㄴㄴ Eye Clinic, and my endothelial cells are normal too, so for now it’s still holding up? well. However, starting a while ago, if I lie face down or gently press on my eyes and then release, it takes some time for my focus to return, so if possible, I’m open to revision surgery? .
I had the surgery at ㅇㅇㅇㅅ Hospital in Gangnam, but that hospital is gone, and I’m getting exams at ㄴㄴㅇㄱ in Gangnam.
This review is a surgery review pursuing reconstruction.
