Hehehehehe, for my previous nose, I had revision surgery using autologous costal cartilage. After my first surgery, my nose was too long and only the glabella area was high, so they lowered the glabella while raising the nasal tip to give it a defined line, making my face look shorter and more feminine than before.
I had originally considered forehead reduction too, and I was worried because my face looked long, but after revision rhinoplasty and fat grafting, it looks much shorter! I didn’t have much facial volume and my forehead was uneven, so I got fat grafting together with my nose surgery. I think the fat grafting also had some effect in making my face look shorter! lol I like a glamorous-looking face, so when I first got my nose done, I looked for a clinic known for a glamorous style, but I think you need to have surgery with a director who has aesthetic sense for it to suit your face well
After my first nose surgery, people told me I looked better before getting my nose done, but now I get a lot of compliments on my nose.
