I had a Tetra scarless philtrum reduction surgery in March 2019. Um... at this point, a year and a half later, the effect has disappeared completely. I think it had already gone away by around the 6-month mark. They said the effect varies from person to person, but that there would still be a result... If I could go back, I wouldn't do it again. And I hadn't planned on getting lip filler, but I ended up doing it almost by force along with it. My philtrum isn't even that long... I've only now realized that the problem was my chin, but at the time I don't know whether the doctor didn't know or knew and just didn't say anything... Anyway, for me it was a surgery with no benefits at all.
