I had a tetramuscle philtrum reduction surgery in March 2019. Um... at this point, after a year and a half, the effect is completely gone. I think it had already disappeared around the 6-month mark. I was told that the effect varies from person to person, but that it would probably still work... T_T If I could go back, I would not do it again. I also had no intention of getting lip fillers, but I ended up getting them almost half-forced together with the surgery. My philtrum is not especially long... I later realized the issue was my chin, but at the time, I don't know whether the doctor didn't realize it or knew and just didn't say anything... T_T Anyway, for me, it was a surgery that had no good points at all.
