I was just satisfied to get a procedure at a low price at a factory-style clinic. What annoyed me was that I had made a reservation and went there, but the waiting time was over an hour. I only went because the price was cheap. For things like Botox or filler, the doctor's skill does not have to be exceptionally outstanding.
