I had hooked nose surgery and forehead fat grafting in mid-September, so it’s been about four months now. I’ve also finished the second-round forehead fat grafting that I was debating in the middle of last month! I’m a total scaredy-cat who is even afraid of injections lolololol but I ended up doing my nose and forehead fat grafting. Looking back, it also feels like it wasn’t a big deal, and I just think I endured it well and did a good job. Anyway, the surgery was a huge success, so I feel completely relieved.. It feels like a ten-year-old weight has finally liftedㅜㅠ
In my case, my bridge wasn’t on the high side, so they refined the entire nasal dorsum with osteotomy and inserted silicone at a height of 3.5 mm. At first, whether or not to do osteotomy.. I think that was why I had such a hard time choosing a clinicㅠㅠ Seeing the surgical result, I think if the unevenness of a hooked nasal dorsum is severe, osteotomy is definitely the right choice. And I’m extremely satisfied with the forehead fat grafting because I think it makes the facial contour look more three-dimensional and refinedㅋ At first it felt moderately~ full and convex, so I thought maybe I wouldn’t need a second round, but as time passed, maybe because the fat settled, it looked so natural~ So I went ahead and did the second round this time too. The director said that since I did up to the second round, it should last for quite a long time! The duration differs from person to person, but generally it basically lasts 2-3 years, and because the forehead is originally an area with little movement, unlike fat grafting to the cheeks, he said there is very little volume loss. In conclusion, I think doing the nose and forehead fat grafting together instead of separately had more advantages^^;
The uncomfortable things after surgery were runny nose nonstop + difficulty breathing + sleeping was so hard.. + getting my hair washed at a salon + walking was hard because the weather was cold. When the splint came off and I discovered my Avatar-like face, I thought something had gone wrong and was extremely shocked.. I think that was about itㅋㅜㅜ Thinking about it again is still sad;;
The decisive first reason I chose ㅇㅈ for surgery was that the director seemed trustworthy. Rather than recommending all sorts of things, it felt like he was advising based on my needs, and the staff members who work here had all been there for a long time and felt like family, which made me trust the director’s career, experience, and expertise.
The second reason was aftercare, the AS period, and because it’s a clinic that has had word of mouth for a long time, it’s apparently a clinic mothers trust and go to. According to rumors, famous celebrities have also had surgery here~ I guess that means it’s that well recognized.
Lastly, the third reason was that I communicated a lot with people who had surgery here... The part where, even if a problem occurs, the director takes responsibility until the end and cares for you. No matter which clinic you choose, whether it suits me and whether I can trust them with it are, I think, the truly important points!!!!!!!
