I had surgery in 2017, before the clinic name changed. They are pretty good at reflecting what the patient wants. For the surgery itself, I chose between something natural and something a little more noticeable but definite, and I went with the definite option for both. Right now I have a flashy out-line that people often compliment on, and a properly shaped nose wing, but sometimes I think I was just a little lucky. The explanations were not that detailed. The scar on the nose wing can be seen a little if you look closely, but nobody cared. It is just a slightly red level that East Asians usually have. It does not protrude or anything.
