I had bulbous-nose surgery and underwent cartilage tying at the tip, osteotomy, and alar reduction. The result? Well... maybe my nose is just unusual, but I am not satisfied overall. Even if I let the nose surgery part slide because it is a difficult surgery to begin with, when I went to another hospital 4 years later for the paranasal augmentation, they said it had been inserted in the wrong position. The doctor’s kindness was just so-so.
