They look at everything from the face to the head shape and ear shape. There will probably be people who get hurt here. They point out even the areas that can’t be operated on at their own hospital, so it just seems like they enjoy aesthetics. At the time it didn’t really sink in, but there were parts that made sense later. They seem to prefer less burdensome surgeries over large-scale work that fundamentally changes the structure, such as double-jaw surgery, osteotomy, implants, etc.
If I only talk about the surgery, the result is good. No scars, no sagging, no sensory abnormalities, the side cheekbone all went in, and the 45-degree angle is about 70% of what I expected? They don’t take a CT. They just slightly crack the cheekbone and push it inward, so it doesn’t hurt and there’s no need to take one.
The face that would see the most effect would be a Jigsaw-like face where the 45-degree angle is smooth like a big potato, but only the side cheekbone protrudes?
