I think it was a good choice to go with a straight line. I didn’t put in silicone either, and just did the nasal tip with autologous costal cartilage, and I like it because it looks natural and feels like my own nose… The downside is that it feels a bit firm when touched and I have to be careful…? Still, I have no regrets… These days taking photos feels fun
