First of all, I liked that it was a private clinic, not a large hospital. During the consultation, they explained even the principles of rhinoplasty in detail, so it was easy to accept and understand... I was scared of contracture, so I didn’t put in silicone and only raised the nasal tip slightly with autologous cartilage. And the nose I wanted wasn’t a flashy nose, but an extremely natural nose that really looked like I had surgery but also like I hadn’t, so I’m fairly satisfied with the result. I guess my style matched the director’s? (Though I do think they would make it flashy if you asked for that.) It’s been about 2 years, and it has come down a bit now... but it’s much better than before, and people around me don’t really notice I had rhinoplasty and often tell me my nose is pretty.
