I went for a consultation because of columellar retraction, but they said improvement of the columellar retraction would be difficult, and that they could do surgery to raise the nasal bridge and nasal tip instead. The part I wanted was not that, so our needs did not match, but they understood that I was having a hard time because of my nose and told me until the very end that I was okay even now and not to be too stressed. I think the director is nice.
