I went for a revision consultation because my columella had sunk in after full removal at another clinic. They said the tip surgery could be done now, but the columella protrusion would need to wait a little longer, so they told me to come back around next spring. My nasal bridge is on the low side, so they recommended Megaderm, and I am thinking about it.
