I went in for a consultation because of a depressed columella, but they said improving the depressed columella would be difficult, and that they could instead do surgery to raise the nasal bridge and tip. That was not the part I wanted, so our needs did not match, but they understood that I was struggling because of my nose and told me until the end that it was fine as it is now and not to stress too much. I think the director is nice.
