As soon as I arrived, I had a CT scan, waited 10 minutes, then had a consultation with the director. (The wait seemed reasonable.) He greeted me kindly when I came in and when I left, and while explaining the surgical method and nasal materials with the CT and PPT materials, he made a surgical plan. He asked first for the photos I wanted, so to test the waters, I showed him a high nasal bridge going up to the glabella, but he said absolutely not. He also explained why it was not possible, considering things like my facial proportions and nose length, and personally drew the line while explaining.
I was recommended silicone 2-3 mm + donated costal cartilage support + ear cartilage, and he said he does nostril lowering with the nasal septum, a bit differently from other places.
It would be my first surgery, and the price was 5 million won; if not doing nostril lowering, mid-4 million won range. There is a review discount.
Because he is the representative director, they said it would be hard to schedule surgery on the day I wanted, so I made a same-day reservation. But due to my aversion to silicone, I canceled the reservation a week before surgery. The manager in charge readily canceled the deposit, but unlike during the very kind consultation, she said in a slightly? unpleasant tone that if I book next time, they can't do it at this price.
If I hadn't had an aversion to silicone, I probably would have done it here. After looking through almost all the overall review lines, it seems he is good at making long noses > short noses (someone who values the nasal tip?). His skill and aesthetic sense seem to be on the good side?
