Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-review

It’s been a month since I had surgery for an arrow-shaped nose + hooked nose, and I think it turned out well…

Before<Before surgery, my nose spread when I smiled ㅠㅠ It was so stressful>Before<Before surgery, side view>After<After surgery, side view!!>After<After surgery, side view!!>After<After surgery, side view!!>After<Front view before and after surgery!! The left is the before photo!>It’s been a little over a month, and I think almost all the swelling is gone, so I’m posting a review!! At first, I was worried because the director’s nose style at the hospital where I had surgery seemed a bit glamorous. I thought it wouldn’t suit my faceㅠㅠ But the consultation was the best.. and the consultant was nice too, and I wanted to get the surgery, so I thought about it a lot. But the director didn’t just stubbornly insist on his own style, he said he would make it suit each patient’s face well, so I trusted him and had the surgery.

I asked the director to make my nose fit my facial image and not make the nasal tip too sharp, and I think he listened to my request well. Also, before nose surgery, I had filler and Hiko too lol.... I regret it so much lolol In the end, I had to spend more money removing them during surgeryㅜ And honestly, nose filler + Hiko hurt more than nose surgery ^^^ Sounds like a lie, right??? I didn’t want to know either. The actual nose surgery was over by the time I woke up from anesthesia, and although the nasal packing made me feel stuffy, it wasn’t extremely painful or anything. There was some discomfort, and the recovery period + swelling were difficult, but seeing the result, I almost forgot about that discomfort.. lol And since it was my first nose surgery, I didn’t want to use rib cartilage, so I told them I wanted to use the septal cartilage as much as possible. Because it’s a hospital that creates a glamorous look, I was worried rib cartilage might be required, but there was no pressure at all. They shaped the nasal tip well with septal cartilage ㅠㅠ

Also, my nose used to feel like it spread when I smiled, and I was stressed about the hooked bridge and nostril wings, but after surgery, I think those parts improved a lot. Especially before surgery, the hooked bridge was one thing, but the arrow-shaped nose feeling when I smiled was really severe ㅠㅠ So my nose wasn’t extremely low, but because of the arrow-shaped nose + hooked nose, I often heard that it looked like a man’s noseㅠㅠ

One more thing: before surgery, my midface looked really long, but after surgery, strangely, my midface also looks shorter, so my face has much more dimension ㅠㅠ Until now, my facial image somehow had a masculine-looking feel, and it turns out the midface seems to have a huge impact on the face... I think the director performed the surgery while carefully considering those overall facial proportions too. So when getting surgery, rather than blindly saying, “Please make my nose like so-and-so’s~,” I think it’s really important to get nose surgery in proportions that suit me and look harmonious... + properly telling the director the nose shape I want during the consultation!

And for reducing swelling, walking is absolutely the answer!! You don’t need pumpkin juice or anything like that; I reduced swelling by taking walks morning and evening!! These days it’s hot, so daytime is a bit hard... (Don’t go out when it’s too hot ㅜㅜ It can actually make things worse) I think I mostly walked in the evening after the sun went down. And every time I went for progress checks, everyone welcomed me so kindly. Of course skill is the most important, but if the service is good too, that’s obviously even better, and I was very satisfied in that respect lol

In the end, I had surgery with 5 mm silicone + septal cartilage! I also had the nasolabial angle + bulbous nose correction done together! I had osteotomy too!! If anyone is curious about the cost, leave a comment and I’ll tell you
