I had nose surgery here, and my nostril wings became so much slimmer (the effect was beyond my expectations..) I thought all my facial features were generally okay, but if I had to pick the one thing that stressed me out, it was that my nostril wings were too wide to the sides.. Because of the somewhat blunt-looking nostril wings, my whole face looked heavy, so I searched reviews everywhere and looked for a place that was also good with the nostril-wing area before getting nose surgery. Comparing photos taken from the front and from the side, the difference is definitely big. The director designed it with good proportions from the nasal tip to the nasal bridge.
