The director seemed to explain things honestly and well. They said my nasal bridge was on the high side, so they recommended a non-implant nasal tip using donated rib cartilage + septal cartilage. When I said this was the first place I had gone for consultations, they told me that even if I went to other clinics, I shouldn't do it at any clinic that says I should raise my nasal bridge, because it would become too high and look strange.. They recommended forehead fat grafting and nasal tip surgery + osteotomy, but I was scared of forehead fat grafting and also didn't want to use donated rib cartilage So I ended up getting surgery at another clinic, but the consultation itself was good. Still, as a beginner to nose surgery, among the clinics I visited, this consultation was the hardest to understand. But maybe that also meant they were explaining things very professionally and in detail.. I mostly looked around for a natural-looking style, so maybe because of that, this place definitely felt less natural(?) and more standardized? than the other clinics
