I had an event consultation for revision rhinoplasty with Director Ryu.. He was kind, and unlike other clinics, he didn't push autologous costal cartilage and said he would use donated rib cartilage. He said he would replace the silicone and use both the septal cartilage and ear cartilage to raise the nasal tip. But the price is too low and I see some reviews saying it went badly, so I'm conflicted…… Since it's revision surgery, I need to be careful, but I'm still thinking about where to go
