I had functional nose surgery at a large hospital in Gangnam in January last year. I saw the anesthesiologist first, then had surgery after anesthesia ㅠㅠ So I didn’t see the operating surgeon in the operating room.. ㅠㅠ (Is that just how large hospitals are, or was it a ghost doctor? Honestly, I’m still a little suspicious.) After surgery, when I woke up from anesthesia, it hurt so, so much. I think the anesthesia was too strong. My blood pressure was also very low, and I was grateful to be alive.
But the nose shape overall wasn’t bad, except the symmetry was completely off, the silicone was shifted to the left, and at the glabella the silicone was lifted, creating a space inside. So the director said we should do revision surgery 6 months later.
Six months later, in August last year, I had revision surgery. They changed it to slightly higher silicone and also took ear cartilage and added more to the nasal tip. This time I asked them to film a video (because I was anxious it might be a ghost doctor). But they only filmed exactly 20 minutes, and said I had to pay around 300,000 won for full filming..ㅠㅠ Because of this part, I’m still suspicious... Anyway, after surgery..ㅠㅠ The glabella is too high, so I’m dissatisfied...ㅠㅠ The shape was prettier after the first nose surgery... sigh..ㅠㅠ
But I’m scared to have another revision, and sometimes I wonder if I should just live like this, and I suddenly get hit with reality ㅜㅜ
I really, really regret getting my first nose surgery at a large hospital ㅠㅠ... If it had been done properly and prettily the first time, I wouldn’t have needed revision surgery, right? Sigh ㅠ
