They're kind and explain everything with real enthusiasm. It seems like they only do surgery with ear cartilage, and they seem to take postoperative care very seriously. They seem to prefer a natural style so subtle that people around them can't really tell you've had nose surgery. I like flashy things, so I'm not really sure..
