Please look at my before-and-after surgery photos and give me an honest evaluation or adviceㅠㅠ
This was a revision surgery, and I lowered the silicone implant from 3.5 to 3. After the revision, my nose turned to one side. At first only the nasal tip was deviated to the right, but as time passed, the columella and nasal bridge area also became crooked together, so it turned to one side. But they blamed my skin characteristics, septum, and gravity. Even though I have photos showing my nose already turned from day 10, when the splint was removed... I do have facial asymmetry, so I know some deviation can happen, but I think this is way too severe.
The hospital also acknowledged it, and the doctor says they will correct it, but I no longer trust them. I asked how they would correct it, and they said they would push the nasal tip about 1 mm to the left. I don't think this is an issue that can be solved easily just by pushing the nasal tip like that. What do you all think?ㅠㅠ If they only do that, will my nose go back to looking like it did before, to the point where it is not noticeable to the naked eye?
They said they operated by aligning the nasal tip with the philtrum, but the nasal tip is deviated to one side. When I asked what they would do this time, they said they would align it with the philtrum again... I thought that part made no sense, so I wanted them to tell me the exact correction method, but they only said they would know after opening the nose. They said they have to check the condition of the septum and donated costal cartilage inside. So they cannot say for sure, and if I keep asking for certainty, it puts too much pressure on them and they said they cannot operate.
In terms of design, I showed them a photo of a straight nasal bridge with only the nasal tip lifted, a semi-straight upturned line, but the upper part of my nasal bridge has a curve and the middle part looks bent. My nose was corrected to be short in a way that does not suit my face, so it also feels a bit upturned, and I want to lower the height and angle of my nose a little. They said the bent-looking feeling is because scar tissue has filled in at the nasal tip, but I do not understand that eitherㅠㅠ
Anything is fine, so please help meㅠㅠ .. I'm scared that if I get corrected here, it will become even more crookedㅠㅠ Having surgery at another hospital would be too hard to afford.. Even now I cry every day, and my personality has changed too. If it becomes crooked one more time, I feel like I won't be in my right mind anymoreㅠㅠ
