I visited because the reviews of the director were so good!! But they really were overflowing with kindness.. It was my first surgery and first consultation, so I didn’t know much and rambled, but they explained everything one by one so it was easy to understand. And they didn’t seem to push anything excessive. They clearly told me that things I didn’t need didn’t have to be done!! The consultant also seemed to have a lot of professional knowledge. It didn’t feel like, “Oh, you came for this, huh,” in a careless way; like the director, they explained things in detail!!
