Exactly 7 years ago, I had rhinoplasty at ㅇㅎㅂ in Nowon-gu because of my low nose.
My original nasal bridge was so low that from the side, it almost seemed like both eyes were visible, and I had a slight upturned nose, so I decided to have surgery.

The surgery was done with silicone for the nasal bridge and ear cartilage for the nasal tip.
I wanted just an ordinary, natural nose height, so I kept debating until I was lying on the operating table before the silicone was inserted. In the end, before inserting it, I asked them to make it thinner than the height the clinic recommended.
The major bruising and recovery took about a month. From month 3, it became natural enough that I felt it was my own nose. Requested natural + requested thinner before silicone insertion = many people thought it was my own nose unless they touched it. They couldn't tell. It's not that there was no change. Since my original nose was low, in my opinion, it was a big change.
As of now, 7 years later, I have no side effects. Contracture, necrosis, silicone showing through? etc. Nothing has happened so far.
Maybe because I didn't get too greedy and had surgery only thinking of it as an improvement, my satisfaction is high. Even if I went back to that time, I would have the surgery again.
