I visited because the doctor’s reviews were so good!! But they were truly dripping with kindness.. Since it was my first surgery and first consultation, I did not know much and was rambling, but they explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. And they did not seem to push things unnecessarily. They clearly said that things that did not need to be done did not have to be done!! The manager also seemed to have a lot of professional knowledge. It did not feel like, oh, you came here to do this, just do it, but like the doctor, they explained everything in detail!!
